Extremely unstable….. still unstable
Update: this is definitely the worst app ever! Considering how much Vitality makes from all the insurance policies, you would expect much better. The whole points system just feels like a fraud! What's the point??? I'm very disturbed with this app. It hasn't synced my data for about 4 months now. And it's super to be linked to my health profile and insurance. If the app doesn't work for most of the time, how then can it provide the necessary data??

Login issue
Not able to login into Vitality and its been couple of weeks this issue is there.When I'm trying to login it's throwing the below error “We're currently experiencing a technical issue, which we're working to fix. Thanks for your patience.” Please someone can have a look at it.

Can’t get into my account
I haven't been able to use the app to get into my account for months. It's stuck on the front page pop up where it shows you three pages you scroll through to ‘Get Started'. The Finish button is unresponsive and I can't get past that screen. I've deleted and redownloaded the app. I have the most up to date software installed on my iPhone 11. Help!

Rubbish
I see multiple one-star recent reviews on here and yet the app has an overall rating of 4.3. How does that work? Is it because Vitality succeeds in having negative reviews removed? For the record, it is unbelievable how very very poor this app is. Things just don't work and help is impossible to find. Meanwhile it showers you with irrelevancies and extraneous information. I would give it zero stars if I could.

Poor app performance
For an app that is connected to an insurance product this app should be better. It seldom works first time and is hit and miss on pulling activity through. The features of the app are great but in this day and age I expect seamless interaction and better performance.

Terrible app
A terrible app and pointless keeping it on my phone. If I don't open it for a couple of weeks it asks me to sign in using Touch ID, which I do, then proceeds to ask me for my login details which I don't keep on my phone. The whole health tracking to offset against policy reductions just feels like a sales gimmick. What's the point of having it on my phone if it's constantly asking me to login. Waste of time.

Can do better
Slow to update on points at times, especially at the weekends. Also on many weekends, the app is down for maintenance.

Really poor app
Considering how big the company in, the app is really poor. I can't access my documents. Can't see my plan … I mean, it's just useless.

Link your Apple Health and/or an activity tracker to the Vitality Member App to start earning points towards rewards, from a handcrafted drink with Caffè Nero to cinema tickets with ODEON or Vue, on us.

The Vitality Member App allows you to:

* Track Vitality Programme progress
* Provide an overview of the products you have with Vitality

Collecting your activity data

If you link Apple Health to the Vitality Member App, step data will be automatically sent to Vitality every 2 hours. Workouts and mindfulness activity data will be sent once the activity has been completed. Other connected devices (such as Garmin) will send activity data once the activity has been completed.

Important Information

You need to be a Vitality member to use this app.

Log into the app using your Member Zone username and password. If you don’t have a Member Zone account yet, register on the app using your Vitality membership number.
