I've been doing a 2.0 update for a while, I've been waiting for my new card for over 10 days, delivery is too long in coming. My old card was blocked without me receiving the card. Usually, the new one should be delivered and then the old one should be locked It's counterproductive. Should be changed

Will no longer offer a german iban and banking products, only accounts and cards, so for me, useless. There are much better alternatives. Also, the banking products that were advertised and pushed, such as overdrafts, were abruptly cancelled.

Never again for me
For me, Vivid died as a bank. Salary was received in my account. The money was thus moved to several accounts, including in my name. Joint account, savings account and so on, after three transfers, the well-noticed customer service blocked my account and asked me to tell me why I was making three transfers in my own name?! I am only accountable from a certain amount. So, of course, I immediately communicated the same and asked for account closure. They block me an account one day before the holiday?! Never again then I'll stay, rather at bunq or at Revolut as soon as they have a DE IBAN

Cancelling the account is not possible
Due to the Vivid 2.0 migration and the unmanageable effort and it is questionable whether Shared Pockets will continue to be available (according to support), I try to cancel my account, which unfortunately is acknowledged with an error message. I used to be satisfied, but not anymore. What a pity.

I can't log in to the app anymore because I've lost the password. I have asked for my phone number to be changed on my file because I do not receive the authentication SMS, it is sent to my old phone number.
