It's literally the worst, almost impossible to use. Hard to login, keeps crashing every other day. Can log you out while you're using it (I got kicked like 3 times within 30 mins) its just bad

Australia police officers have been using Vodafone network and Samsung Android systems to ask illegal questions, and in my case, use defamation and caused 20 epilepsy seizure

App is broken, just like their service, no surprise here. Update 2022: just when you think the app is fubar,they break it even more. Incompetence at its finest. Update 2024: still broken, still can't log into my own account, this shows Vodafone's complete incompetence

Useless app can't do anything on it takes too long to login and then everything is too restricted and glitches when submitting passwords fix it this is unacceptable never experienced this with Telstra or Optus!

App will repeatedly ask for login details, even after entering correct details. Gets stuck in an infinite loops of loading and asking for login details. I've been with Vodafone in one form or another for close to 20 years. Recently, their technology and customer service have been atrocious. I think it's time to move on.

I signed up to have Vodafone as a backup service but ended up needing my main service as the backup for Vodafone. 😠 The app is ok when the service works but suffers from constant frustrating verification req's 🤬 which are sent to a number that was not receiving calls/txt 🙄 during the support interaction, which itself was slow and painful...6 hours of asking me "if it's working now" before escalation to a specialist, by which time I was done with Vodafone. One week, 2 issues, no service...fail
