The app is much better. There is room for improvement, especially related to scanning substitutions. You can send pictures and discuss items with your customers, but the app won't allow you to scan the item agreed on.

you all recently added a message that comes through to tell drives to start to their delivery location. That is a distraction for drivers. app freezes up sometimes. Ghost orders are coming through multiple times, which affect acceptance rating.

YALL WANTED ME TO RATE YOU....be aware of this app....I can sit here for hours and watch the same delivery drivers get trips over and over again....love how some Walmart allow more than 1 person in the car but if I have my handicapped brother in the car they refuse me!!!! So unfair....I'm going to keep turning this app in til is completely shut down

Not enough time to look orders over before having to take or reject them, app keeps making me reset my password, it can't tell that the other device I'm signed in on IS the device I'm signing in on. App can't figure out that an item like tin foil isn't perishable just because it's in a refrigerated area. Orders are often low pay, high miles and items.

Walmart delivery is a labor ponzi scheme. The main goal of the spark platform is to pay drivers less than minimum wage allowing Walmart to illegally steal millions of work hours a year from the most vulnerable people in society. They pay you more than average entry level jobs motivating you to rely on the app. Once you depend on the app to pay your bills, they cut you off and only send you offers below federal minimum wage. It's a criminal scam to steal millions of dollars a year.

UPDATE! Its May now!! No reply to several messages! My app WILL NOT let me in even though I'm approved to drive!!!! Why won't someone HELP ME!!!???? It won't let me get in. I was approved but it says I'm deactivated!!?

The app doesn't acknowledge my account information and constantly tells me that my input info is inco. But on the website I can access everything I need.
