App does not find Scanwatch
App crashed. Factory reset for Scanwatch impossible to do, because the app will not show the ”dissociate this device”. So neverending loop with the factory reset and the app won't work. It can't find the device. Is the latest iPhone update the problem or what?

Just like that, suddenly the thermometer app stopped updating.。。 Causing the thermometer to be unusable. It is a sign of irresponsibility. Let the customer not feel safe. Please improve

Collects Data well, health ratings are a joke
The products are summarized well in the app. The analytics, suggestions and recommendations are laughable. The recommendations are so general and obtuse as to be harmful. Contact your medical professional for advise. This is not a medical app.

How to turn a smart scale into a brick
Very simple: you change the batteries of your superb Withings body + connected scale, it shows you a beautiful message "setup 1/4" direction this application which looks for the scale, finds it and then once you have selected it again shows you a message inviting you to select your scale from an empty list. Nothing to do, your scale will end in a nice "failed setup" and doesn't even allow you to measure your weight anymore. Well done. Top.

Terrible app, not clear, over complicated, gives me the wrong info saying I've done 25k steps that day while in still in bed. Regret buying Withings scales
