WSJ Print Edition | unitQ Score

Well laid out app. Provides access to print version of WSJ. Only down side - could be updated during the day to be more timely.

April 9, 2024 When I renewed WSJ the price was about $100, but it covered only the digital format. Last year for the same price I got print and digital editions. I am struggling!!! Reading the paper on the iPhone is so hard. Is there anyway I can get the print edition. I will be 80 years old on Thursday of this week. I appreciate your reply. Mary Rogers

Practically every article I read has many, many hyphenated words in the middle of text lines. This is both ugly and incredibly annoying. There is also a problem where part of one word is cut off and appears sometimes paragraphs later.

WSJ puts their money in the reporting not the tech. Takes several tries to fully download the edition.i have discovered a work around. I suggest once you download the latest edition, always put your phone on airplane mode then open the edition you want to read to test if fully downloaded. Then take off airplane mode and quickly open all sections of the paper. Repeat this process until all pages of the paper are no longer blurry when in airplane mode.

You people need a proof reader. The AI spelling doesn't cut it. The articles are becoming harder to read because of the bad hyphenations. The very poor grammar makes an otherwise excellent paper very difficult to read.

Please fix this. There are far too many incorrectly hyphenated words appearing. It is terribly annoying. Other than that I have enjoyed the app for quite a while.

Easy to navigate. Only issue is that it requires me to log in for unclear reasons.

The app is great for reading the Wall Street Journal online, but 9 of 10 downloads tell me there was an error and the choices don't make sense and I'm not sure retry or another choice actually works. I've been a user for over a year. The app gets better but the download errors are annoying.
