Dvr does not sync with Xfinity Stream App
It has been a month of help desk calls and no resolution. Technician out today confirmed not equipment or service. Problem has not been resolved. Bad experience bad service.

Cast problems
I expect stream to work the same way my DVR does: can stream & cast to my home TV from the start of a show, even while it's being recorded. APP not working.

Excessive Sign-ins Required
This app has recently started to require a new sign-in every 3-4 times, when I want to access it on my iPhone. This is a new development, and annoying one. I have this app on my iPhone and iPad, but the need for the frequent sig-ins is only on my phone. I don't understand the need for this so frequently, and especially since I have to look up the sign-in each time…which seems to always come at inconvenient times.

This app never works. With other tv apps, I open the app and begin watching what I want within 5 seconds of opening the app. With stream, I open it, go to live TV, search for the channel I want, select it, and from there....the screen hangs with three waiting dots that never displays the TV program I want to view. I'm on my own xfinity network too.

Apple TV app won’t stream properly
This is primarily a review of the Apple TV app. It's terrible. The app can't stream fast enough to actually watch. This is the ONLY app with this problem, including many other live streaming apps.

Screen freezes playing downloaded content.
Problem occurs on both iPhone and iPad. A google search shows this problem has existed for many years.

Casting from both of our iPads is broken. It's the app not the iPads.

Picture freezes frequently
Generally not bad but the picture frequently freezes on my iPad with the audio continuing to play. It goes on like this for several minutes before resetting itself if I don't stop and restart play first. The picture freezes are annoying and seem to be happening more frequently. Please fix this…
