Cannot receive or send emails
I have spoken to the Xfinity Security Department four times already. It has been over a week and still cannot use Comcast.net.

No hot spot
After struggling for nearly 4 months trying to pick up Xfinity hotspots I realized that I had to download the new app and use the new app to sign in again which I finally did. I depend on Xfinity hotspot and it's the only reason I still use Xfinity. Now hot spot is so bad it makes it even harder to get on the Internet when it automatically does find the hotspot but still gives me no Internet so now it's robbing me from using cell service to give me Xfinity hotspot that gives me no service. It's been costly to me for this inconvenience. And when I finally get the time to figure out, if there another service provider out there that can give me hotspots or sell service or something? I'm done with Xfinity.
