I find it hard to believe that Yelp's an average rating is 4.6 when I only saw one multiple star review (the first one, go figure!) highly encourage everyone to read the reviews and not go in the average rating posted! As far as user experience Yelp is horrible still have not figured out how to get to a specific business even when I type it in carefully spelling correct it just brings up a bunch of other businesses that have nothing to do with what I was looking for! Uninstall goodbye!

Avoiding Use of Natural Cleaners- Recommend a Zero Star Rating
I have never written a review but in this instance I feel compelled to let folks know not to use this place. I took a trench coat in for cleaning. I purchased it in Italy. It had amazing details. Natural Cleaners completely destroyed the leather buckles on the sleeve and the very unique buttons. When I got the coat back, the buttons had threads hanging from all the buttons which, I reiterate, had been damaged. It was an absolutely horrendous dry cleaning job. I immediately brought the coat back for repairs. They said “the owner” would call me. No one did. I had to call repeatedly for several days before getting a response 6 days after I brought the coat back. When “the owner” finally returned my call, he left a message saying they had ordered replacement buttons and buckles. I called back three days later to see when it would be ready and was told they did not know when I would get it back. When I expressed dissatisfaction about this given it had been now over two weeks since I took the coat in “the owner” asked what he was “supposed to do.” I asked him to give me $200 for the time and expense associated with getting the materials and coat and finding and paying a tailor to fix. He told me he would send the coat back to the store. He then hung up on me. For the amount I have spent at that store, the unapologetic and cavalier attitude from the owner - who I literally had to hound for a response - is clearly a statement about how he views his customers and the quality of work which is quite poor. I would not use Natural Cleaners after this experience.

popeyes location is horrible. I saw a cook using his phone not wearing gloves while handling food and cooking. Read entire story, it's disturbing!

This app does nothing that you couldn't do on the website, if yelp didn't force you to download the app.

They are corrupt. You can not respond to a response to your review. And they side with the businesses by allowing businesses to post fake pictures on their yelp page. Google play should ban them for violating Google play store policies.
