It takes a very long time to raise a child in the belly, the button is not pressed from the word at all, I raised only for crystals, when they were at zero, I could get 2 crystals for advertising that lasts 35 seconds, and in order for the child to grow for 4 days you need a lot of crystals, I do not advise you to download, but the idea is cool

Multiple Babies too Easy
I enjoy growing the first Child Everytime but they don't increase the nutrition for following children (which makes sense logically but not from a game perspective). So after the first child it's just clicking over and over again and there is no longer the challenge which makes things stale very quickly. I would love if they updated the game to at least give that option.
