As a long time player, I very much would NOT recommend this game to friends or family. The greed is astounding. 1. Credit packages are the most expensive I've ever seen. Stupid expensive 2. Even if you pay for plus membership, or are stupid enough to buy the credit packages, it still takes you as long OR LONGER to complete the room than those that don't. 3. You are made to collect items to advance to the next room. If you don't collect said items, you could be stuck in one room for months. If they're going to make us have to win these items, then these items need to be available EVERY ROUND. Red tabs, indicating a new item that we need, should be on at least one card, every single Round. To make us win these items to progress, but then not make these items available, is disappointing and dishonest at best. 4. Hard to get cards are pointless and frustrating. You can't trade them or share them. They're sole purpose is to keep you from winning the pieces they make you win, in order to complete. 5. Stop kicking us out of the rooms!! If you're not playing, and potentially spending money, then they kick you out. Make room for someone who will spend $$$ 5. Every single update that we are forced to do, makes all of these issues, and more, worse. 6. Customer service is a joke. I understand that it's not their fault, but they have a script, they type a script, and then do nothing. Absolutely nothing. Accidentally use a pass on an item you've already won? Sorry. Outta luck Get a bingo but it didn't register? Sorry, outta luck. It's shameful 7. Second chance and the cannon are ridiculous. Nothing more than $$ grabs. SMH 8. If you play on “classic”, it literally takes months to finish the side games. Same with the dice games,, flower games and slide games,…. Takes so many credits to earn 1 roll, or 1 spin, and then you move one space…Or get a stupid power up. 9. It used to be a fun, social, relaxing game. Play a few rounds of bingo, while chatting with your friends, win an item you need every now and then. Not anymore. You could play 20 rounds before you even seen an item you need. Then the chances of you winning it are slim to none. If you wanna chat with your friends, better make it quick or they kick you out cuz you're taking up space not spending $$$. 10. This game leaves you angry, frustrated, and broke! Do not download.

It seems like a scam to me. At the start of the game they have 2 [phone] numbers mentioned and you see that they already do BINGO, it seems impossible to me... What is happening? That there are power-ups that help you win faster, sometimes they reward you with one or two of them in the best of cases, but these are bought through the virtual store (with real money). This makes it easier for those who invest money to win, in addition to the fact that out of 30 games that I dedicate to it, he won 2 [phone] rounds. ⭐ 2 for that.

After the update, it became bad, it is almost impossible to win, they accelerated the counting of balls, you don't even have time to mark on the card.

Loved this game until recently
Feels like bb is making it harder and harder. Spending days on levels and everyone now is desperate and unhappy in the chat. Please make this more fun, because I'll be leaving this game..otherwise

I was playing this game for about 2 months, finally won my 2nd card to use for any room card, went to use it and it was gone. Contacted customer service. After 2 days they responded and said it expired after 2 days!! It never said it expired. So I was trying to save it to finish the room I was in but after 2 days they take it away after you work your butt off trying to win one?!? Deleting game!

Not pleased
I really enjoy this game however when you take a lot of credits after playing 75 - 80 games for one card that's a bit too much yes I spend money on this game but , this is getting ridiculous playing for the same cards over and over example constantly playing 123 bring back the fun and friendship now all it is , begging for cards , stuck all the time so much anger in the comments , second chance , canon ball bingo !!! It's changed so much my rating is no rating just horrible I am just finishing up my credits and than I will take a hiatus, the comments the nature of the game is clearly not a good time

At first it was a fun game , now its a waste of time . You cant move on because it doesnt give you what you need to do the quests,it takes month's to move on to the next chapter. While you reach higher level the daily credits that gives you are lower than the begging but because you re higher level the cost to play are more expensive. It doesnt make sence. This game after a level you have to send money to play or else you stuck .
