WAYY too many ads, like, i spend every 2 minutes on the game watching 20 ads, All the fun things in the game that you used to be able to do are now behind a paywall, (did I mention ads?), Social Media doesnt work either since it NEVER lets me "figure it out". Used to be a fun game too. Disappointed.

Before it was all included like you could be the basketball player. But game is offer new packet for these lots of time. Waste of my money.

Game is honestly fun, but you have to pay, and it got accidentally deleted after a while and now it won't bring my purchases back, if I restore my purchase for bitizen and god mode, then I can't get back actor pack, challenge vault. But if I do those then I can't get all them.

Does customer service help people? I feel ripped off or scammed... I paid for a package $4.99 plus tax and this game keeps trying to get me to pay for what I've already purchased. The problematic part is no one from customer service will get back to me. If it weren't for these technical issues this would be an amazing game, but this seems like a money pit rn. Game plan/ experience ruined.

Too much money. Very bait and switch. Doesn't mention that to do anything you need to buy all the expansions that cost anywhere from 6.99 to 20.99. Unless you have money to burn, don't even start this game :(

It would be nice if u didt have to pay to get cool pets and interact with the teachers but is a nice game i would rcommend this game
