I don't like the request for money. Just to hear a police call out. U shouldn't charge for audio. Other than that the app is ok.

Totally useless for any real information that will keep you out of harms way unless you upgrade to premium for $20 a month. I find the reports or notifications highly suspect. When I'm hearing sirens and helicopters , I open the app and nothing. But constant reports of "man with a machete". I have a suspicion that this app is just fear mongering to make me believe there is way more going on in my area than actually is happening just to get me to subscribe. Deleting.

Membership

The app now offers information regarding sex offenders in your area. However, you have to pay to see it which is blatant fear mongering. Also, sex offender information can be found for free. This app should provide links to that information rather than scaring people into paying.

Useless if you’re not paying

I LOVED this app a few years back. Its completely useless now if you're not paying for it. Lame. Was kinda just an interesting app to have especially in NYC. Not worth a monthly membership imo. Especially when they offer nothing for free besides 2 month old reports. Feels a bit like its missing the point.

Needs landscape mode for iPad use

I use an iPad with keyboard in landscape mode so lack of landscape mode is a pain every time I open the app at home. It's a trivial programming issue so I hope they add it. (I see you can now use landscape mode for video so that's a start)
