Do not subscribe!!! Scam!!! Once subscribed even if you cancel any time or stop renewal they will still take money from you. I canceled last year and renewal would have hit the other month if I had not canceled it. But they are still taking money. They will say you owe more money above your original subscription cost. Support does nothing. You must get a new card for credit/bank. They have been sued multiple times globally.

meeting people that have the same interests is easy, but the chatting platform is clunky, slow and you can't backtrack on any spelling errors!!! Pet hate because predictive text can make no sense sometimes!

you need to pay to see people's pictures, the whole purpose of a dating app behind a pay wall. completely absurd. there is a (REQUIRED) questionnaire that takes a little over THIRTY MINUTES and after that premium is practically a requirement. as a company you should do better. I am thoroughly disappointed.

This app will send you to a collection agency for cancelling your subscription
I signed up for the app, and after experiencing the app for a with no real people matches in my area,and seeing the same very limited app subscribers I attempted to cancel the app.. Later I get a letter from a ““ collection agency, saying that I had a agreement with the app and basically asking me for a payment saying I still owe the app money, because I cancelled my billing info only, but not my subscription although. of the app.

Free tier isn't good enough to attract/maintain a decent userbase. There are seemingly only 7 women within 4 years my age in my city. I otherwise like that eHarmony tries to match you based on their physiological quiz, and it's service I'd be willing to pay for, but certainly not at full price. It's not worth paying unless you know a lot of your type in your area use it. Definitely wait until you're offered a 50% discount. Automatic renewal can only be cancelled via email.
