THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM! Do not waste your money. The quality of options leaves much to be desired. It is next to impossible to cancel your account or subscription without calling customer service and making a huge stink. Their terms of use are deceptive and borderline illegal.

If you have the money to waste to make sure you have premium then you'll have a 50/50 chance of enjoying your time. But there are still problems. In the case you match with someone and are actively chatting with them. The conversation isn't updating remotely at the speed it should. Meaning your partner could msg you and you won't see it unless you close the app entirely…. Even then sometime you won't get a notification for it. Some photos are prevented from being used and they don't give any explanation as to why. After an hour of trying to figure it out, turns out you can't use pictures with more than one person in it. If you have one like that at random it'll remove it from your profile. Additionally, they will scramble your pictures every so often. Without giving you any heads up. Overall the app was a 4 star before they tried to gouge people for money. Now the app is useless without premium and it's not worth putting money into it. To any developers reading this. At least let people who don't use premium talk to people who they match with.

I paid for premium membership and there are still profiles with no photos and limited information about the person. Uploading a photo for an account has to be compulsory otherwise we won't know if the person is real or not. Many profiles lack descriptions, most of them with little to no information. I have spotted fake profiles with same name and photos. Scammers. Limited number of people despite living in London with millions of people and "users". Bad quality for a premium customer.

Preposterously expensive
Everything on the free trial version is blurred out and the subscription rates are literally insane compared to competitors. I wish I hadn't wasted my time…

Subscription once you join it renews every year. Have tried to cancel the yearly renewal. So far they took money from both of my bank accounts and it is a fight to get it back. Was told account would cancel at renewal date. So far it has not. Till they fix this I would find another dating application to use. P.S Found my lady and she asked to to cancel thought it was a done deal but oh no. Fight on with getting out of this application C. Smith

Paid for the lowest option $163 one time payment for 6 months....so far one profile and she was so strict and seemed a bit odd so I unmatched. Now no one in my area I guess. Why would they make it $163 and that's 50% off btw, if no one in your area could be a thing, you should be guaranteed something, shouldn't be that much. I emailed the eharmony subscription email cause that's how you cancel and it could take 24hrs for a response. If I don't get a response within 24 hours I'll put a 1 star.

Eharmony is the worst dating site. Stay away. Costs 10X the others so there is hardly anyone to connect with. They send you matches via email that are over 100 miles away. Worst dating site out there

This app is so bad that I took the time to find out how to leave a review on its absolutely dismal stab in the dark at a dating app. I would have more luck finding a soul mate stabbing myself in the thigh, lunging through abandoned railway tunnels and screaming obscenities. This is the as useless as a ceiling fan cozy. If I were the developer of this app, I would wish upon a star for a cosmic event to obliterate my miserable existence, if it could be called such. Take heed and avoid at all costs
