Unfair treatment
I had a guy call me a slu* when I told him I wasn't interested in him. So I called him names back and I got in trouble for it. They threatened to ban me for sticking up for myself. That's bullsh**. Men should never get to talk to women like that EVER so I won't be taking your “advice” on being nice. Also, they removed the close ups of my face and left the mirror body shot selfies. Then messaged me saying I need to take photos only of my face. This app is so flawed and way too pretentious for me. ✌🏼

This app is for the birds!
This app is a total waste of time for me. No one is my age, no one lives near me and none of my preferences are honored. And for the icing on the cake, there are more scammers and catfish than real men . Oh! I forgot! I'm also being sent profiles for women. I am not lesbian. I am only interested in men. Do not waste your time with this app if you are 60 or older.

Worse than Tinder? Yep
I thought Tinder was scraping the barrel until I tried POF. The default browse deck is full of all ages, all types, from all parts of the state, so it's more or less useless for making a likely match. It also means that types I'm not interested in are seeing and liking me. And I can't seem to clear that archive of likes, so I have to keep on seeing profiles I have zero interest in. It's also worth noting that most of these are non subscribers, so the quality of profiles is rough, with few profiles with any well curated content. After 2-3 days since subscribing, I'm deleting my account. Another Match group abomination.

Scam app DO NOT DOWNLOAD
How embarrassing to require a 19.99 a WEEK subscription to even be able to see who liked you, to which everyone who liked you are fake profiles after you subscribe. There are so many more much better apps than something so horribly designed with a algorithm that's full of bots to keep you engaged. I will be spreading the word on every platform that I can as well as leave reviews on every account that I have.

It is often cut. Conversations cannot be deleted unless the user is blocked. Otherwise it's quite enjoyable
