I really like this game but every time I download it I can't play more than five minutes as it tells me that the game doesn't work which causes it to automatically quit the game and in some cases I had to turn off the cell phone because the screen goes black

Hello to fellow developers, You have another UI/UX issue. Once the player who didn't finish Hogwarts yet starts "Protecting the stone" special adventure, their height increases to match "adult" height of the person. However, if one opens player customisation menu, the camera that shows the changes is still using the "schooler" height. So if you decide to change hairstyle, you can only see the chest of the player. Please be so kind to fix the issue and ensure the coverage of these with QA.

The APP takes a long time to charge and also it uses a lot of battery and this is unbearable for me and I think for others, but apart from all this the APP is very cool but I don't recommend it
