I lost my Lvl42 account details and Kabam's support team uses an archaic method of proving ownership. I can't prove that I'm the owner of the account after several attempts. Extremely frustrated with the time and money I've spent on an account for months. I have screenshots and everything but I just can't get my account back.

When I enter the game, the screen stays at opening glass and from there I can neither move forward nor backward... On the screen it says "Coming soon"

2 stars for the graphic. Otherwise, it is not recommended. I've spent more than 1k usd in the account and nothing good ever comes out. The app is made to make you spend money to advance

The game is cool, but very difficult to evolve without spending money and lately the game has been crashing a lot making us lose fights for nothing and have to spend resources more than normal, another negative point is that the Battlegrounds mode is very unfair, my account is Knight with 400k rating and I fall against Exemplary accounts with 3 million rating. Other than that, the game is pretty fun.

I wonder when the update will come, we cannot strengthen the heroes in the game and our heroes are defeated in the war, urgent intervention is needed and we cannot get any 7 star players and the proper gifts do not come, the problem is support ??????
