They have the worse Customer Service in the world, you can't talk them in real time. I purchased the server limited 1220+1220 gold, but because of an error, I haven't received the item I purchased. I already reported it to their customer service, and it has been 2 days and the item that I bought is still missing. And the worse is, I want to sent a new inquiry about my purchased to them in the customer service, but for some reason I won't allowed anymore to send another complaint.

It is really suck how level 50 get an Legendary pet, Legendary Stones l. Me? I spend so much money on this and got nothing, A while ago they gave me a Legendary 1 only 1 Legendary Stone of Focus with the stats of Monster Reduction, MP, Crit Atk Boost and PVP atk Boost. What are these stats? A stone of force mixing with other stone stats? money grabber. You can't even determine who played most of the time doing missions, afk grinding and who is just farmer and Bots? Bot still there. With high PS.

Fatal error in login for Android. Na043 server. 5 hours without being able to log in. Well-developed gameplay. Very entertaining. But it's losing ground in player interest. A lot of toxic players and a lot of mistakes after every performance. On pc it has no problem. The problems are on Android phones. From the play store. This link to Gmail doesn't work.
