App used to offer option to open with Face ID…now have to enter user id and PIN every time - no Face ID option?

Used this app for a few years and had no problem with Face ID recognition but after I accidentally signed myself out a few weeks ago I can't use it anymore..is it like this for everyone??

Got awarded 25 spins after betting £30 with their sky bet club which ended up 25 spins at 10p or u can have 5spins at 50p so I thought do the 10p and the grand total won on the 25 spins was 9p SKY BET UR A JOKE

Good app,easy to use.just wish free bets would be available as soon as you reach applicable amount instead of having to wait till the next Monday. Have changed rating as now keep getting errors broken links and glitches,don't know if they updated recently but something has definitely changed😕

The layout is awful, gives me a headache, I don't know if it's deliberate so you miss your bets. The desktop site is OK but the mobile app is bad. I'm going back to 365.

WARNING:BE VERY CAREFUL WHEN BETTING with the Sky Bet App. There have been 3 glitches in the space of a week, which if I hadn't noticed would have resulted in skybet taking my money incorrectly. I have never ever experienced this poor service with other bookmakers like bet365, William Hill & Spreadex. 1st glitch was a booking not given in the app in the sydney v wsw match for wsw. Resulted in the bet being settled as a loss as a booking was not correctly awarded for wsw in the app, when it was clearly given on opta stats site. If I hadn't messaged the skybet help team to look into this (which i shouldnt have to do in the 1st place) my bet would have been settled as a loss.After 24 hours they resettled as a win. 2nd glitch- made a deposit, banking app said the money had left my account but never showed up in the skybet app. Again had to message them to rectify. 3rd glitch-Incorrect score displayed during olympiakos u19 v nantes u19 uefa youth league semi final. In the app it said the score was 1-0, so I put btts at 8/15 on my betting slip (as I thought nantes would score in the 2nd half, chasing the game in an important semi final) The score was in actual fact 0-0 at the time of placing my bet. There was an error in displaying the correct score & after I placed my bet the score displayed in skybet app changed to 0-0 & the odds went higher. It turns out the goal was disallowed in the time that I was placing my bet, so technically the market should have been suspended & no bets be allowed to be placed on this market until the game has restarted after the goal. This is a clear error on behalf of skybet. I messaged skybet for the 3rd time in 7 days about another error on this app & asked for this bet to be voided. Worth noting, had I gained profit from this error in the skybet app, they would have emailed me saying the bet was a void & asking for any funds withdrawn back (as they have done previously with other errors made in their app). They have refused to acknowledge the error on their part & claim no wrong doing,& that the stats were never displayed incorrectly in this match, (which is actually a clear LIE) when it clearly said it was 1-0 to olympiakos u19. I think is awful customer service. The same thing has happened in the bet365 app where they have made an error in the scoreline in the app & they have voided the bet straight away without question. Feel like your dealing with crooks when dealing with skybet.

increased my deposit limit, but it was not increased, although it said it was due this morning it wasn't in place when I needed it. poor service 😢
