It is a scam not to play instant games I had two negative experiences when it tells me to rotate my cell phone it freezes and does nothing and when I leave the app they deduct my balance without playing that is a theft. Es una estafa no jugar juegos instantáneos tuve dos experiencias negativas cuando me dice que gire el celular se congela y no hace nada y al salir de la app me descuentan el saldo sin jugar eso es un robo.

App doesn't work and hasn't for a few weeks.

Cannot login to my own account, cannot reset password as you DO NOT SEND ANY LINK, and your useless website claims I'm not in the U.K. from my IP address, sort your useless systems out as I do not use a VPN, and I'm based in the U.K. and I know your useless app requires location services which I normally leave off…. But had turned on!!! What is the point in apps that DO NOT WORK! It won't let me in because of parental guidance in that case my money back i to my account

The app is pretty much unusable. I can log in to the website with my username and password but when I enter the same details in the app, it doesn't recognise them. I tried the usual fixes but they didn't work either - I reset my password but no luck; I tried uninstalling and then re-installing the app, and then entering my credentials - no joy. So I've uninstalled it and now given up. Hopefully this is fixed soon…

Online scratchcards are not completing and end up crashing the phone - advised Customer Services but just fobbed off three times so now reviewing here.

It's taking so long to download !
