Nothing loads properly and lags
For the price we pay, this app and our security system should be immaculate. For the past 2-3 months, the app crashes, gives me old information and not up to date information unless I completely shut down the app, delays every command I tell it to do and doesn't work well with my Hue bridge anymore. The panel sensors somehow weren't working and there was no notification to us on this.

Unavailable access such an inconvenience
Mobile app crashes multiple time throughout the day for months now. Been on the phone for over an hour with tech support for a re-occurring problem with mobile app. App crashes at will. I have to login multiple times. Was instructed by chat tech support to offload app from phone and re-install from App Store. Did so to no avail. App shows no login features. No way to log back into mobile app. Did everything as instructed by chat tech support. Was told I have to wait 5-10 business days to hear back from Vivint escalation tech team on solution to my situation. In the meantime I can not us mobile app to access home security therefore having to arm and disarm home manually and activate garage access manually from home outdoor keypad.

The app lags very often, you have keep getting off and on in order to view some videos.

Sometimes our recordings go blank and it tells us we can't watch the playback. Someone also broke into our vehicle once and it didn't notify us or record anything. Alot of the time the app won't load.

Too expensive just waiting for the doorbell to die as I had many equipment and they died one at a time and the price to replace them is hideous! I find that Ring device works excellent tremendously and cost me 500% less than what I pay each month with Vivint

The app doesn't even load. I've tried unstalling and re-installing it, I've even factory reset my phone and it still does not work.

I haven't even had it 24 hours and since we had it installed we have not even been able to log into the app we have tried it on four different phones This is ridiculous
