App not working correctly

I use to love this app but something happened. I had several saved searches. But they are all gone! No more updates on houses for sale that I'd be interested in.

I am deleting this app because it's really unusable. For price range there is no "range". No matter where you start on the price, it says "or more" so you get 1 and 2 million dollar homes that you don't want. I haven't been able to figure out how to change the location. It just keeps showing me homes in the town I left, and I'm not even in that state anymore. I'm not using this app anymore.

Inaccurate listing and bad customer service

I recently listed my house through a realtor and Zillow listed the wrong square footage even though my realtor entered it correctly in the MLS (sent a screen shot to confirm). When I reached out to Zillow, it took them 5 days to respond, and they said the realtor would have to update MLS, which was not the problem. They were not pulling the information correctly. My realtor is now in conversations with them. She told me they took away realtors' ability to make changes, so her hands are tied. This is impacting my ability to sell my house. Do they not realize this actually affects peoples' lives and finances? Very disappointed.

I gave a one because even setting your filters doesn't help you.Filter out things you're not looking for looking for an entire house.The entire space and this app continues to bring up room rentals.Wasting my time and efforts for hours

I've been searching for an apartment for about 4 months. A lot of these property management or landlords do not respond to you at all, and if they do, they take about 2 -3 weeks to respond. Some are even asking you to fill out an application before even viewing the unit. This app sucks
