Incredibly absurd customer service policies, meant "for security", discourage me from using Airbnb in the future. My wife should not have to repeatedly confirm authorization to speak with an agent on subsequent calls when the AC was dysfunctional. My menopausal wife was forced to suffer unless we wanted to pack up and leave. No manager would call back until after my wife went to bed at 2:30am (5 hours after 1st call). Avoid this entity. They do not value customers!

Absolute garbage response from customer support. No accountability does not care about the renters, protects the cashcow hosts. Despite providing proof i was in a seriously unhealthy unit full of mold everywhere lied to, blackmailed from a host while being told to move with no offering refund. Wish could put 0 stars

HTTP 409!!! Downloaded app, can't log on... Error try again... Uninstalled and reinstalled, same thing. Tried using their main site, interestingly same thing. Really to bad

We never know about the hygienic condition of the Appartement, mostly we start cleaning at the check in, and giving the Appartement in better condition back as we receive it. In case of a problem it takes an eternity before the ambassador's response, in case of problems we don't get refunded. We pay at the moment we booked and in case of cancellations it takes a long time to get the money back or not. In future I will use again Hotels or Hostel, with booking com never any problems occurred

Tried to book for the first time and I am not able to make payment through Credit Card the support team said it is a bug and pay through upi but I need to pay through card only pathetic experience no TAT for the fix also :(

A app muda a língua preferencial para a do telemóvel mesmo que usando a conta no site a pessoa mude para a que quer. The app changes the language on airbnb based on the configuration of your phone even if you changed it to another language on the website

This app used to be great, but now you cant hardly afford anything because of all the fees. Back to hotels, I guess.

An app like an app. Works. But.... The price is not the final price and additional service or cleaning fees increase the final amount even [phone]%. A big exaggeration and for me personally disqualifying the usability of the application. I definitely do not recommend it.
