A disaster! Only rent to individuals! Rented a cute little apartment in Paris 20, no internet, no teleresponse from the manager ''residence'' only reachable by the app "I transmit to the service concerned" not to mention the handling of the accommodation with a key box on the ground in the [address] I had to call the after-sales service of Airbnb located in the United States 🙄 to get a refund, fortunately I have an ad hoc mobile plan.... to be avoided.

Today is the last time I use Airbnb. I rented a house in Coldwater, MI with my colleagues after we catered a wedding. [address]in Coldwater. We arrived around 11pm and my colleague was upset on how many bugs. The complaints got worse. I went to rooms to see if there's no bugs in rooms, just kitchen then we can sleep. I went to my room to think and a flying bug popped up. I look at the headboard and see toe nail clippings. Airbnb did not help. There is more but 500 word min.

In my experience customer service - particularly when you need it is fairly useless. The reps seem to read from a script and the answer to everything is basically a polite no. I would have serious reservations putting my home on this platform if something went seriously wrong as just dealing with minor stuff they are beaurocrstic and frustrating and basically useless.
