Misleading prices, otherwise a decent app. You'll often pay about twice what is shown due to arbitrary cleaning fees, which they really need to do away with on this app, there's no incentive for people to not move a large part of the cost into a cleaning fee.

Now down in the gutter. Hosts advertise cracking dens and Air b n b allow it. When a dispute is raised Air b n b always say, sorry we can't help resolve with owner. Their rubbish cheap labour staff in the phillipines who are paid £[value] an hour dont care.

What used to once be a useful and respectable platform, today is a horribly inept intermediary that prioritises transaction volume over customer experience. They are unable to help when it matters and take the most convenient solution over the most correct one.
