Disappointing, I booked my flight and at the time of payment I saw a text saying that the payment could not be made and that I will try another method, I did so and the payment was accepted, at that time I receive 2 emails with the same charge and in my online banking I verify that the charge was made 2 times, I communicate with them by email and they say that the airline did not want to make the refund when the error was in the app 🤦🏻 ♀️

Only good for lower prices
I purchased a flight from this app and was told I had a 24-hour cancellation when in reality I only had 6 hours so I was stuck with a $1400 flight because of an employee's mistake. When I wanted to modify the dates, I got three different answers from 3 different agents. Only book a flight on this app if you are unlikely to change or cancel the booking because it will be a nightmare to deal with. The phone agents are very untrained, unfortunately. Will not be using this platform again.

HORRIBLE experience... First the hotel didn't put me in the room I paid for (paid for a room with a kitchenette) when asked about a refind the hotel said to contact hopper... Understandable... Contacted then and was asked to wait 24-48hrs so ok no problem... Here 5 days later asked to wait 48-72 MORE hours... Now while talking to cs they admitted that the hotel admitted to putting me in a less room so why do I have to wait down them to investigate??? Would give less then one star if possible.

why is it letting me pick a flight and go through all the steps just for it to tell me it doesn't have any seats left after I try to pay. Also why did I get a separate charge of $80 for no reason?

Terrible booking and support
Very unhelpful with canceling or changing dates even after paying extra for refundable service. Very unsatisfied and wasted money i cant get back.

They are scammers, they charge PLUS fare and all the benefits and in the airline are not valid and you have to pay again and they do not give the refund. Airlines no longer recommend using this app as they offer the lowest fares, sell the flight with all the benefits and in the end it is the most common ticket without benefit of anything. You must pay again for your carry-on bag.

Poor customer service and at times fraudulent. Charged for the same ticket twice on two separate occasions / trips. App indicated first transaction as error, but turns out the ticket was purchased. Requested for refund on the duplicate ticket and approved - but went totally silent for almost 6 months (no refund was made to me). Use this service with care. Absolutely disappointing and disgusting service.

He never recommended hotels at a better price, and although I tell you on which dates it is cheaper, there are other apps that are cheaper on those dates and others that are much cheaper
