Game is glitchy and game devs fail to resolve issues resulting from said glitches, in violation of their own stated terms of service. Additionally, it's a total pay-to-win game. Avoid at all costs

Earlier I gave 5 star to this game. I think this game don't deserve this. I am playing this game from long time and it doesn't offer equality in game servers. Always ended up fighting against strong alliance and players in event. If someone alliance is not strong or player is weak. Players always ended up attacked by the strongest who is not even near to their levels. It feels like strongest becomes dictators of the server and keeps attacking others.

It's a game that I like quite a bit, but you have to put more accelerators as presses because otherwise it freezes and it becomes boring to wait days and days to build a building. Accelerators of one hour but especially 8 or more hours would be better for growth. Put them in daily rewards and sieges to monsters, whether they are beasts or polar terrors. Soldiers too many hours for too few soldiers. Improve your speed because searches don't seem to be enough. Thank you

Customer service is HORRIBLE seriously the worst I have ever experienced, they blow you off if they reply at all it is one reply a day... after a month they still have yet to address anything it is the same start of a conversation everyday. Their goal is to annoy you so they do not have to help you... and don't even think about asking for any kind of a refund lmao they will refuse it even if you try through the bank. The game itself consists of the same events every month it gets boring quick.
