DO NOT GET!
Do not get a subscription with this app. I clicked the £4.00 audiobook bimonthly package and was charged a completely different price that was way more without my consent. The app has basically no customer service, the live chat is always closed and my emails go with response.

Each time I hit play I'm anywhere from 30 seconds to 3 minutes off from where I previously was. sometimes going back 30 seconds makes the track go forward instead. And I don't know where I am in the book since it's just an arbitrary track number, so I don't know where I am in my book version if I'm doing both at once. But the customer support is good and I can download the books to listen to offline. Audio quality is good too, even if the book selection is a bit low.

The app is pretty clunky. Changing the speed is hit or miss. Sometimes it works and other times it says it's at 1.5 for example, but it's still at the default 1.0 when playing. Speed changes don't work at all when casting to a Google Home speaker either. Also, there needs to be a "Sleep Timer" for the end of the Chapter so I can have it auto stop at that point instead of trying to guess and have it go over or stop short.

Ok, selection of books. I definitely wish they had more current titles. The monthly credit system is not good. It will completely skip some months and for $15 dollars a month that really upsets me.

App works great. Plenty of customization options. The only feedback I can provide is I would like sales and specials to be more prominent and for a way to remove or hide unwanted books.

Overall a good app that works consistently and has a solid selection of audiobooks. Unfortunately there are 2 annoying glitches that will hopefully be fixed in the future: (1) When I return to a book after a while it rewinds about a minute and there isn't an option to change this and (2) book tracks don't align with chapters, so the end of a chapter is a few minutes into the next track.

I really love this app except for this one thing they will not fix. As others have mentioned there is no way to remove a book that has been downloaded. The suggestion to click the 3 white dots and click 'remove' ONLY removes the book from the 'current listen' list. It does NOT remove the data of the download book. I also have to uninstall the entire app and reinstall it. Otherwise, I like the lay out of the app, the books available, the monthly credit and the VIP selections.
