Really a great app, but recently far too many pop-ups. Premium here, premium there. especially cheap today! oh and here is another registration. blah blah. I've already left a subscription and money. Now leave me alone

Good app but please help me out on the books removed on my saved blinks
This app has been helpful! However, all my finished books are gone after inviting a member for a free premium gift :(

Subscription
When you sign up they say they will send you an email before your free trial is up. They don't. I usually put in a reminder to cancel a free subscription so I don't forget but I didn't because they SAID they send an email. And I just got charged $148 for a year. I enjoyed the app but will not be purchasing again.

Good concept and execution with one exception
App works well enough and the library is good and growing, however, the app's demand for uninterrupted internet connectivity is extremely obnoxious.

I tried several times to find newer titles - without luck. It seems that Blinkist focuses on the common or popular titles and not necessarily on current expertise. Many "How to's". What a pity.

The app constantly breaks off and then starts to read a blink that you heard a few hours ago. Or it just breaks off in general and you can't start anything until you restart the app. I use a pixel 7 pro. It probably won't be the cell phone. It's really annoying when you're constantly interrupted.

Some summaries are interesting and others stay at the very basics. I paid it annually and a month before the end of the year, I canceled it, but they charged me the same the second year. I filed a complaint the same day I saw the charge, and they replied that they were analyzing it. That was 2 weeks ago. Since then they have not answered my emails complaining and they still have not refunded me anything, nor canceled the subscription. Very disappointed.

It is advertised with a money-back guarantee. I accidentally took out the wrong subscription and of course the customer service does not answer. Thanks for nothing. Advertise with premium service but if you really have a topic like mine, that I accidentally took out the wrong subscription on the confusing site, you are skillfully ignored.
