Can’t compete with FanDuel or DraftKings
This app does nothing but crash, doesn't let you see live activity on how your bets are doing, and it just simply has a long way to go. Caesar's has never been fun or the same or worth it in general since merging with Eldorado…go to FanDuel or DraftKings

Oops something went wrong with your betslip
I literally get this error every time I add legs to a parlay. This app is a complete joke. The app clearly can't handle placing bets

The suggested parlays that automatically pop up when you bet inhibits you from betting on that one bet. Super buggy...

I Got Scammed
I opted into a bet & get and met the requirements and they did not follow through with their end. I was supposed to get a bonus bet. I reached out to customer service which is terrible and wasted a lot of my time. They acknowledged that I placed the qualifying bet but they won't add it to my account. Use Draftkings or MGM instead. Don't use this app!

Faulty withdrawal
For some reason, the app won't allow me to withdraw my funds and it's a cash balance over $100. The live chat is a joke because I can't get anywhere with that.

BEWARE
They use the same online games as every other app that is designed to make money. From the cards to the slots. ALSO their Bonus casino money is atrocious. Like other apps it take your money you deposit PLUS the bonus money and makes you wager minimum 30 times before it becomes cash. THATS INSANE. FanDuel is the only one that says bonus money is 1 time wager. Online is waaaaay worse than going into a casino. Apparently there is way less regulation online letting them put more rules so they can take your money easier! It's time people stood up to this unfair online gambling regime that STEALS BILLIONS from people!

Very tough to withdraw money
I have multiple pictures showing how hard it is to withdraw money an orange box appears saying we're no longer allowing new debit cards then the trust bank transfer doesn't work at all .I would suggest using bet 365 or FanDuel this app is not user friendly and again trying to withdraw money is almost impossible.I tried using their live chat those people don't know anything and try getting you off faster than you can answer questions .As I write this I still have not been able to with draw my money.Just be careful if your betting big.There are far more better sites out there than this one

Dysfunctional
It works to collect your money. It doesn't work if you want to launch chat or link your bank to withdraw money. Just does nothing. Nice scam.

Can’t withdraw funds and bonuses don’t always work
I've tried multiple devices to withdraw my funds, and when I try to add my debit card, it keeps telling me it's invalid. When I try to add my bank account, the page get stuck saying its trying to open the link in a new page. I reached out to customer support and these idiots start telling me how a bonus works. My question or issue had ZERO to do with a bonus. They must have customer support outside the US, because they clearly don't understand. Now my funds are stuck on this app, until they decide to fix the app. Bonus bets don't always work, $5 bonus bet with a min -10000 odds lol. I've tried every type of bet possible and it doesn't pop up to be usable. I never have any of these issues with DK.
