Scammers

They will change your wager completely when their app updates the odds it has happened to me multiple times and I have decided to never use the site again, other sites do not do this. If you choose to download this app, be careful because they will take you for your money at some point, and it will not be your fault.

Bad app, all reviews which are good are clearly fake

Do not trust this app it is a scam, you input money but it almost never lets you create a plarlay because of its strict rules which make it impossible to create winning bets. Horrible app, will be deleting once money is withdrawn

Literally can’t see what your bets are

I have a round robin with multiple draws in it. After the recent updates bet slip just says draw but nothing about what game it'd actually for. Uninstalling and checking back later - need to know what my bets are, this should be illegal.

Missing game info

The slips are missing the time and the legs you wagered on. Hopefully that is fixed.

Using DraftKings as a visually impaired or totally blind person and screen readers

Please, whenever you make changes on the Sportsbook, follow the script or guidelines as much as possible, please for people with use screen readers, Voice, who are visually impaired or totally blind. Sometimes with some of the recent adjustments, it has caused some in accuracies for me with using the voiceover, I like the way the format was set up before Christmas time or the beginning of the year. Something has happened once in a while that makes things go differently affecting screen readers. Please keep us in mind. Thank you. Most of the changes you make for screen readers will not affect what you're doing for the rest of the world as long as you're in compliance with the guidelines, set up for screen readers. I was trying to give you five stars but when I swipe up and down with my finger, it won't move off of the three stars so you're getting three I'm not gonna play with it all day. That's just one example to check out.

Customer over 5 year and I’m Done.

I have been here before Sportsbook it was only fantasy. They have got worse and worse . They don't care about there current customers only ones who left or aren't joined yet. The slots are rigged or something I play same game on 4 different casinos and spent $175 no win over $5 and no bonus games. Other sites I'd pry win $50+ and 7-10 bonus games. They don't offer the promos anymore.I'm done here ..I suggest others to try FanDuel or betmgm …way better

They make their app glitch and freeze so that your likely to lose your bets. Ever since they decided to update their app, it's been awful! Just a scam to make money!
