Same as Draft Kings, I used this before but tonight I can't add money so obviously can't bet and my friends I referred are all calling me saying they joined but also can't add money! BACK TO THE CASINO I GUESS....

Terrible app. Sooooo slow. I just left my phone go for 20 mins and it still is trying to load into the app. And you want me to spend my money on here yeah right. Everybody take your business to a better betting app. Just so everybody knows, they will not do anything to help you or make things right. The first 25-30 reviews are all bad reviews about this app. GO TO ANY OTHER BETTING SITE! If you want to watch a loading screen for 20 mins then this app is for you but not me. Go to Fanduel or Draft

Unreliable
Stopped using betmgm because of the poor interface and go back to try it out after getting a deposit match. After depositing I kept getting error messages after trying to lock in a slip so I restarted the app only to find now I couldn't even log back into my account. Stay away and stick to fanduel or draftkings like I should have. Hoping I'll be able to log back in before the deposit match expires

Feels like I was just robbed. Made a new account and deposited money but when I tried to bet I got an error that my account was suspended. Apparently they took my money and then immediately suspended my account before I could even make a bet. They said it's because their geolocation flagged my account, and now they are making me jump through a bunch of hoops to even be able to get my money back, including writing them a letter about not using a VPN with their service (I never did to begin with)

Absolutely embarrassing how slow you navigate through the app, there have been multiple times where I have spent 10-15 minutes just trying to get one bet down simply because the app feels like molasses, sometimes ruining my bet because the event starts

Their promos are trash. Their customer service is trash. They have twice overpaid me around $2,000 then don't explain anything just start withdrawing from your bank accounts. They will violate you if you give them ANY personal information, PLEASE STAY AWAY!

If you win through a bonus they give you, they won't let you take the difference out or withdrawal, and if you you keep it for another sporting bet over a few days they take the money out your account, app used to be fun

BetMGM refuses to pay out! After months of communication, uploading documents, etc.. They will gladly accept your deposits only to hold your funds while gaining interest in their bank account. I have filed a BBB complaint! Beware!

I entered $25 bet $15 on 3 different $5 bets. Won one bet for $20. Then MGM tell me I have a negative balance and I owe them $15. I not great at math but that does not add up at all. AWFUL CUSTOMER SERVICE. You call in they say they can't help and have to email my issue and it will be 24-72hrs to hear back. Take my money I win MGM's money they take mine anyway. At least let me lose it to you properly!!!!
