Save yourself a headache and spend your money elsewhere. Customer service is terrible. Bet365 is the best sportsbook in ohio at least. Hardrock's ohio casino is a dump similar to its app.

Problem with parlays
I have screen shots but not sure where else to let the developers know. Whenever do same game parlays and add corners into the parlay, either total corners or team to take the most corners it says its conflicting bets with things like both teams to score or total goals, etc… and you cant add it to the parlay

Transfer to credit union
Won't let me transfer my winnings to my bank account that I verified thru the app which is wild not alot but 300$ is a bill that needs to be paid. Smh

Inferior betting app, but it’s my only option.
In FL, this is the only legal sports book app. I listen to podcasts about betting on NASCAR, and have heard them talking about certain bets they can make on Fanduel that are impossible for me. For one, Hard Rock allows live betting on major sports. You can place a bet mid-game, and cash out early if you want. But when it comes to NASCAR, all betting is closed once the race starts, and there's never an option to cash out early. That's not the case on Fanduel, apparently. The other big thing is parlay betting. Again, with most sports, it works just fine. But with NASCAR, if I want to bet that 2 different drivers will finish in the top 10, the app thinks this a conflicting bet and won't let me place it. News flash: there will always be 10 different drivers who finish in the top 10. It's not a conflicting parlay. If NASCAR received the same attention from this app as other major sports do, it'd be a huge improvement, in my opinion.

Used for 1-2 weeks, didn't even win much and got an email I will no longer be eligible for any promotions from them etc, and got severely limited, so I deleted the app

Lots of bugs. Not real time. End of game updates are late. They need to fix this app. If it wasn't the only one in Florida I'd switch
