Good afternoon. I couldn't find where I can write to support in the program, so I'll write here. After installing the program on realme [phone]s there was no sound and video (there was a message that it was impossible to download media due to the lack of an internet connection, although there was one), reinstalling did not help.

Very upset with the new update. They have removed the Recommended lessons and now we are left with the one where we are required to pay. So annoyed with this development.

It's a very good app, but in 2017, when it was my first time using it, it was free. The app has improved some issues, but soon asks for the paid version. The issue is that the paid version is quite expensive, the price of an online course with teachers, and it doesn't have that level of quality to charge that price, since it reinforces previous studies, but doesn't replace a teacher's doubt-answering! The high value inhibits many people who would even pay if it were more affordable, something like 15 reais a month

The app seems to be good, but there are a couple of disadvantages, I just went to this app and didn't know where to click, when I clicked on 1 lesson, I am immediately taught to pronounce words, I think first you need to remember a little, only then pronounce. And so the app is cool, I 👍 advise everyone

Hello, the application is wonderful, but the lesson does not load (the Internet is wonderful, I just downloaded) and so everything is fine.
