Sounds good. But it doesn't allow me to move forward, even though I've paid, every time it offers me other types of packages and it doesn't allow me to move forward. I don't know who to complain to about this.

Hello. There is an annual subscription to EWA: learn English and Spanish, another annual payment was recently charged. At the same time, after changing the phone, all history and progress are erased, and it is also impossible to read books, since the program asks you to pay again. What should I do?

I have a subscription and lost access to it when I updated the app. How do I redeem? When I log in with my account it says it doesn't have a subscription, but when I sign it again then it signals that it has a subscription, but even so the account still doesn't have unlimited access. Everything indicates that in order to have the plan again I will have to cancel the plan to order another one. But of course I won't do that, as I'm still a subscriber for another two months. How can we resolve this error?
