It works delivering tickets, but it's worthless trying to get basic information, or recalling game history.

Cannot Access Thanks- App Update

The latest version requires IOS 16 which is not available for my phone, but recognizes IOS 15 and downloads and installs a compatible version. When starting to log in to my account after installation, a app update availability screen pops that has only one option which is to update to a version not compatible with IOS 15.

Forcing people to download an app and register for an account just to buy tickets is predatory. Poor user interface. Dislike everything about this.

Absolutely worst for buying tickets. If in map view would not let me click 4 tickets at once. If in list view cannot see the seat numbers. No shopping cart so if you accidentally back click you have to start over. I clicked the privacy policy box by mistake and had to start over. Works fine once you have the tix. I recommend buying tix on your computer then use the app say of the game. All the above is equally true for ticketmaster app.
