Magic notes dosn’t work well

As a student trying to study i have wasted a lot of time attempting to create a study set using magic notes which is where you upload a file and the notes are suppose to turn into study sets. When trying this it dosnt except any of my files whether they are handwritten or typed. I'm really disappointed as quizlet is suppose to be a very good study app

I've only used Quizlet for flashcards, and it's been great so far. I add new cards to the pack on the web version then use the app to review the vocabulary. I do wish it had a better and easier interface for adding new cards; the web version is a little clunky for that. I love that the app has an option to hear the word, but I've noticed the stress is wrong in a few cases, so I just started including the stress when I create the cards.

If I could give zero stars, I would. Your application is lacking and does not have active learning algorithms for the sake of memorising and learning information for effectively (e.g. Anki), and are more readily accessible on web and phones. We know people despise your free services because they are insufficient to access the sheer basic features - e.g. using the write + test features. They are limited for daily use.

Please add the feature to chose which language to see first. For if I have a set of list with English to spanish, I should be able to reverse it and study Spanish to English with that. Sometime its convenient to read in the opposite
