The app messes up my email even though logging in through Google it is correct. There are glitches throughout the app such as entering info and then info displaying incorrectly.

The event is less than six hours away and I have not received my tickets when they were purchased a few days ago. In return I'm only getting automated responses.

Tickets prices on app
Make sure you verify tickets are the best price and if not they won't price match you unless it's within 30 min of purchase. They are only best prices occasionally.

Braves game
The ticket post stated that the seats were on the aisle. They were not in fact they were in the middle of the row. This was disappointing and one of the reasons I bought these tickets.

Brought 2 tickets for a event in Philadelphia. When I arrived I see a sign stating have Seating codes ready at the door. I never received a seating code and I went to the box office and the told me they don't deal with TICKPICK only Ticketmaster. I had to repurchased 2 tickets and currently seeking a refund from TICKPICK. Why sell tickets for a venue that don't accept your tickets which leaves the customer making last minute decisions like just going back home or repurchased the tickets.

NO customer service whatsoever. Site stores customers' credit card data without their knowledge or consent, making impossible to remove card data without providing an alternative card, & requires customer to get consent from their management to do so. Site DOESN'T use TWO STEP order verification process, and configured making "accidental" orders likely when attempting Android screen shots. Customer DISSERVICE immediately finalize orders outside business hours regardless of IMMEDIATE email notice

Missing some events in my area What's funny is they advertise bashing ticket master. I went to get some asking Alexandria tickets, so I could see Nerv , and I thought i would check tick pick out. It was 59 for GA , and sure there was no fees. So like 119 for tickets. I go to ticket master and it's 95 after the dreaded fees. You're still best off buying at box office for cheapest prices
