Bad customer service
Days before a performance, I was informed that the tickets I had paid for were actually partial view. My only options were to receive a refund or a voucher. By this time, there were no groups of tickets available at the same price. I was also unable to cancel some of the tickets for my friends who didn't want to out up with an obscured view. Now I can either go to a show that I can't see properly, or I can spend more money buying new seats. It was an error by TodayTix and the theatre, but I'm supposed to pay extra to rectify it.

The app is fine, what's now being offered is not
I have been using Today Tix regularly for the last several years. I have enjoyed having the ability to have a good choice of seats at a reasonable price that I can afford. Now however, if you want one of the cheaper seats you generally are offered two seats in the back row, no other options. I find this very depressing and annoying. What happened? If this is the way it's going to be now, I don't think I'm going to be using this service anymore.

No way to limit notifications
App does not discern specific user interests, constantly notifies user about irrelevant shows.

Great as long as you don’t need support
I've used tix many times without a problem so didn't need customer service, when I did it was unhelpful and frankly useless. Actual tickets great value, support not so much.

Bought tickets only to find out that they are 10% cheaper direct from seller
I found out after buying the tickets that they are much pricier on TodayTix than just going to the website of the play and buying it yourself. Safe to say I will not be using TodayTix again.

Can't sign up. Keeps sending email login links that send another login link. It looks like logging in with Google is the only actual option and I choose not to.
