Why the payment is real.... Make the app straight, it's really dirty.... Why are the foreign brand app squirrels? What I'm trying to buy is out of stock, ugh, it really makes me go, no, why don't I have anything to exchange, so I have to return it and buy it again? So I didn't fit the size, so I returned it and tried to buy it again, but there was a payment error, and I struggled with this for nearly 2 hours, and it was out of stock, and I deleted the app, reinstalled it, and it worked again, and now it is paid.... It's easy to use, so I've been using it all the time, but I can't log out of the account without permission, and now the payment is really tight. And when I buy shoes, I grow up and are bigger than the recommended size, Sarah shoes, these shoes, shoes, baby shoes, they come from Western standards, so the ball of the foot is narrow, so uh huh, shoes, really soldout, I'm angry. These days, I opened the app. Zara for the first time. And, the dresses displayed in the app. on 9.04.2024 show that this store, along with the entire chain of Gucci, H&M, Dior, etc. are mocking us with the design of clothes that not even a homeless person would wear. Look at what dresses the Zara store offers on the app. These dresses, instead of romantic ones, with luxurious lines, bohemian design, extravagant, these dresses are like bags, they are like rags to wipe on the floor, they are for hooligans. App won't scan receipts or acknowledge the QR code. Frequently says "some error occurred" when scanning. Did the latest update, still not working correctly.

Shipping services is terrible!
A company like zara using any type of shipping company is terrible. this is the second time Ive order online and my products either got lost or never deliver. They are using Sonic transportation and logistic as of now they are unable to access gated communities unlike fedex or ups. This is so frustrating. I use to enjoy shopping at zara but shipping wise is too many headache.

Awful app - awful products
The app is slow and keeps crashing. Receipts aren't received which prevent you from returning purchases. The material of the products is cheap and tacky compared to others in the same price range. The search facility in the app is abysmal and the overall customer user experience is awful. I had to delete the app as it was also strangely slowing down my phone?

Easy app with bugs
Great app, very easy to work with BUT the constant freeze is driving me nuts. You scroll, scroll and after a while it freezes. You can't see any following product, you can't go bsck. The only way is to restart and start from beginning. None of the newer versions fix this.

It won't let me pay
Since yesterday I have been trying to buy clothes through the application but at the time of payment it tells me that the bank rejected it and I already tried with 4 cards and I get the same thing, and the problem is only in Zara since I bought in other stores and it did leave me.
