Money hungry
This app was great; however, they started removing features and adding a pay wall. Honestly, this app and service is not worth it anymore.

Stupidity of software (setting up ant their bot)
In attempting to create an account the software display a three position for my credit card code. When I entered the code the software froze. After restarting the software I attempted to use their BOT software to inform the reader of their BOT system they problem but because of the amount time trying to create an account the BOT refused to accept my comment as being unfriendly. The next morning I contacted their 800 hundred number to discuss my problems. Unfortunately the individual who answered the phone refused to understand the problem concerning how their software didn't function correctly, their BOT software and would not foward my call to anyone in the organization for pro lede termination and resolution. If the results are similar to their software and employees I don't think the money for the service they provide is useless and only a scam.

Difficult switching between devices
I share my account with my family members, but now they can't access it without being flagged and causing the account to be locked.

Freezes
Everytime I try to enter someone in my family tree the app freezes. I considered at one point paying for the membership but seems pointless if I can even use the app. I tried to use my browser and had the same problem. Useless

They changed my DNA report completely since my last review talking about my family story, which was that my great great grandma migrated from some European countries to China with her family as early Christians arrival in the area at the time. Trace DNA changed from Italian to Anatonlia.? Well that might fall into some catalogs. By the way I have very fair skin since I was little compared to others here and there. But it is from my father's side. So that was that. I increased the rate a little.

The initial data from the test kit is interesting but the app itself is a bit clunky. It often looks like it is going to offer something specific to me but ends up just being general information about a topic which might as well have been a link to Wikipedia. The sort function on the relatives list is weird, it only seems to sort some relatives not all.
