I installed the App and only a 99pay screen appears, and there is no direction to the races screen. I can't log in.

Don't download it. Abusive app, abusive drivers, one of these days the driver was without his own cell phone, result? He didn't press the start button to start the ride, and I had to pay a fee for supposedly keeping the driver waiting (I PAID FOR THE RIDE AND HAD TO PAY THE FEE, BECAUSE I DON'T EVEN REFUND THIS GARBAGE APP DOESN'T DO IT), THEN TODAY I HAD TO PAY ANOTHER FEE FOR SUPPOSEDLY NOT HAVING PAID THE CORRECT AMOUNT TO THE DRIVER, I CAN PROVE THAT I PAID. I can't stand this app anymore, uninstalling.

As there is no subject nor did I find a way to contact to obtain information that I am looking for here, at the time I requested the ride the app informed me that if I paid in pix I would have a discount so I understood to make a payment in pix so the amount was deposited in the balance, however when completing the ride the app did not pay this, I had to make the payment again, I found it confusing and inefficient, this in addition to the delay at the end of the ride and having to pay again, why wasn't it discounted?

I can't even access the app, I tried to log in with my google account and I only get the error: registered email. Ditto when trying to register with your cell phone. And even though I supposedly have the email already registered, I don't see the option to log in with it. In a way I even have 99 to thank, because because of that I ended up installing uber and I'm very satisfied with it

Unfortunately I'm going to uninstall the app because I can't even enter to place the order because the app keeps coming back at the beginning of the registration and that made me very annoyed and a shame

Ridiculous app, lately you load the balance with the exact amount or higher than the value of the ride and even then the app doesn't let you request the ride, instead it asks you to top up again. Garbage.

The driver had a puncture and ended the trip well before the destination. The SAC does not cover this option and all the options I select are giving that the amount charged (for the total trip) is the right amount, since I did not arrive at the destination. Help Center is worse than Uber's.
