Cheap, Greedy, and Inconvenient
This bargain-basement airline will nickel-and-dime you for absolutely everything. Want to check in? They'll force you to download their unwanted app to get a digital boarding pass—or charge you $5 for the privilege of printing it at the airport. Maybe invest in some self-serve kiosks, you cheapskates? No one should have to clog up their phone storage just to access a boarding pass. It's beyond cheap—it's downright pathetic.

This app is horrible. Flight time overlaps flight number number so you cannot read anything. Instead of fixing app they tell you to go to their web site and look it up with confirmation number which is a pain in the butt. Fix the app you loosers.

It works until it was important and then it failed. I have a big travel alert with a slight delayed and when I press it it sends me to login and I just circled back and forth between those two. When you add the experience that the flight attendant gave me on my way out, I will rarely use the airline again. It was our second Allegiant flight. Our goal *WAS* to go to every destination from PIE. We paid for row 2. When boarding I put our paid-for luggage above us. Charese (sp) said put you .

Unreliable app. Won't load 90 percent of the time. Extremely hard to download boarding pass or access to my account. Have. Had to pay fees due to unavailability to access on mobile app.
