I can’t even get in!
Signed up AAA, I can get into the website just fine but unable to log into the app with the same user id and password. I am also unable to reset the password through the app. This is garbage experience. I was stranded and luckily I had coverage through State Farm that got me taken care of through their basic but functional app. If this isn't fixed I won't be a member very long.

Not a user friendly app. Recently got the AAA Credit Card and never having used the Credit Card version of it, it wouldn't let let me login. Luckily this wasn't an emergency where I was on the side of the road. Highly disappointed this pp keeps giving me some login error and won't let me use it. I can login to the Credit Card side but not the roadside service side. This app is terrible! I'm canceling my membership.

After 5hours of waiting for help getting my keys out of the locked truck I just canceled the request Terrible customer service kept getting told someone would call me or put on hold just for them to do nothing

Not sure if “3rd time is a charm” with this app/company 🥲
I requested help for a lockout last night at 9:12PM because I locked my keys in the car. Received a text confirming my request. Then “radio silence”. No one came out. The app never updated a time. Keep checking for another update all night/morning. Just check it again for a status and the message read “THANK YOU FOR WORKING WITH US”. I had to be at work at 5-5:30AM. Had to call a Uber/lyft which cost me money. Why pay for a service that doesn't work and I end up paying more money because of AAA's failure to communicate with the customer. I have been with AAA since 2006. I am NOT A HAPPY CUSTOMER right now. This is the 2nd time this has happened. Not sure if I want to give this company a 3rd chance‼️

Horrible service.. two times i called to get service and had to find an alternative because they had no one available for over 2hrs.. and one was during an accident.. had to drive my car crashed home because AAA had no one in the area... in the city.. ridiculous, never going to renew my account after this.

Poor status tracking and glitchy
So I have used the app a few times recently to get my son's beater towed to the shop. The experience has been uniformly terrible. First, creating the request seems easy each time, gives a map with gps corrdinates and nearest address of yoir current location. The problems start almost right away. If you are in a spotty cell data area, good luck getting the ticket submitted. Calling will just trigger a link to the app to be sent to your phone. You have to dig through three levels of menus to get a human. The operators are dumb and you will have to go through 1-3 people to get one that can manually create a service order. If manage to submit a ticket, the app cannot show you status. You get a link sent to your sms, that shows status but usually becomes unusable due to various programming errors such as invalid dates. After this, assuming the work order isnt corrupted and deleted (with no notice btw), you will get a robo call 45 minites to an hour later saying you are in queue with no eta. At some point, up to eight hours later, someone will call saying they are on the way. This can take another hour. None of this is shown in the app. So in recap, the only use it has is capturing your location. It forces you to be at the cars location when opening the ticket, so dont leave the location without a workorder submitted.

Tried to call roadside assistance through this app. It took me 5 hours and some lady gave me a call saying that they couldn't dispatch technician through the night. Didnt they do the service like 24/7? What's worse is that it happened to me twice, not just once. Totally wasting of your time when you trying to call roadside through this app.
