Bad after-sales
In the app does not let make modification has to cancel booking and make another being that small change of date should be made . I have stays of a week ibis deep bar that did not count in points and I can not solve. I still stay in ibis hotels because the company requires otherwise I would stay in others. Horrible after-sales customer service. 1

This app is good however the benefits are somewhat sugarcoated. For example the day I reached "Silver" membership..I was actually downgraded? Also I did not receive some of the other benefits. This is a good concept and a lot better than many booking apps, however, some of the services offered simply do not exist (eg. Dedicated customer care: is a FAQ page ?). Also, "a welcome drink" not that I mind...but why mention this as in my experience does not exist. The booking method is good though.

Can’t see details of booking
There's an error page showing “We are encountering some technical difficulties” When I tap on my booking to see the details. I have to use on website instead.

App cannot be fixed
