It's ok. What is missing - but unfortunately this is always the case with Accor - is that I can display the search results with a cancellation option and/or with breakfast.

App that scams you, error message at the end of the reservation which tells you that the reservation has not taken place nor the payment, you try a 2nd time, surprise the 1st reservation was taken into account anyway so 2 debits, if you took a non-refundable rate it's fucked up!!

Poor website

If the office staff were as good as ALL the hotel staff THIS WOULD BE GREAT. It seems as if the office staff only d HALF there job. If I was in charge of these personal I would SACK the lot of them The hotel staff both reception, dinning and room staff have all been excellent with there time and effort to. Make the guest feel welcome.

The app is so bad that it will be wrong on the payment page

It's really hard to use, and you can't book a room at all The payment press keeps getting a sudden error

Not working

I was forced to re-set my password. I can now login through a browser but no longer in the App. I KNOW for certain my email and password credentials are correct. You need to fix this.

Clunky with payments

Sometimes I need to re-enter payments details - even though they are saved in my account . One day I didn't need to do this - but the next day I did??

confusing, it lacks simple structure, clear guidance through the booking process. Tariffs are not self-explanatory, e.g. why part of the amount has to be paid on site, which is unnecessarily complicated.
