University uses this app for library epubs
I need this app for school, and it took me two hours of valuable work time to download and troubleshoot this app to get my textbook downloaded so this app would work across several devices. I thought it was just me, but Iâm pretty technologically competent, after spending a bunch of time on the support pages, I found that all the problems I was having are common issues for a lot of people. Once I finally got it working, the reader is legitimately clunky and loads pages at a snails pace, so if I want to skim ahead more than one page at a time, it gives me a processing wheel and stops me from doing so. Iâm considering purchasing a $300 paper textbook just to avoid using this garbage app for the rest of the semester.

This is app is cancer
Do not use. Find another way to download your e-book. This app has a bug where it will not let you log in, and it looks like it was designed and last updated when Bush was still in office.

Useless, Buggy App
Beyond frustrating app that does nothing itâs supposed to. I hate the my university uses this acsm file that doesnât work anywhere else. Super frustrating

The worst app ever
This has to be the worst app there is in the app store. Not to mention that itâs built by Adobe, such a big company cannot even have the simplest features like changing font, font size, and itâs literally impossible to read anything on it. Not to mention, buying a book that requires this app to read it is beyond ridiculous!

NOT USEFUL
I need this app to smell a book and it can't be possible that in the middle of 2025 this app doesn't work properly, it shows you only a few pages of your books and some come out blurry. Fatal.

If I could give zero stars, I would
The app is not intuitive. The customisation options in terms of presentation are a joke. The text runs under the notch and I can't change anything about it. If I wasn't forced to use this app, I wouldn't. I've already sent some scathing feedback to the bookseller and hope they will find an alternative platform that supports Adobe DRM. SO reading e-books is no fun!

Not usable!
Too many online searches to get it installed, and too many searches again to finally open a ebook checked out from library. Once the book is opened, there are blank pages, gibberish words. Itâs totally a trash app. Unfortunately my local library only allow to use this app for ebook. Adobe, you donât care your brand name, donât you?

Draft as an app, bookmarks don't even sync. I'm keeping the app because it's the only way [phone] to consult a book I've bought, but I might buy it on paper to do without this junk
