I have tried and tried and tried to sign up. I've managed to log in with my Gmail and my Facebook both..and then they kick me back to the get started screen and then the app sits on a load screen till I restart. Broken garbage.

I never win ANYTHING anymore and customer service is useless. They never respond to you.

The one worker with the turbine on his head has got to be fired! Every time I go in and have to deal with him and his "better than everyone" attitude with a sour face and personality to match towards everyone, looking them up and down in total disgust! He works in a customer service position and if he thinks this is how customers are to be treated...he's in the wrong country and needs to go back to his. Until he is fired I will go to another store no matter how far it is

I never win a food item with my scratches,I've won numerous drinks and cookies only over and over makes me not want to keep the app.

About once a week the app logs out. It's frustrating when you're in line then you have to log back in. I can hear the people behind me sighing.
