Not enough detail
I'm little bit disappointed in the results, because they didn't brake down percentages for all different nationalities. They mashed up results for my dna , they are putting 2 nationalities together - while the origins of these nationalities are so different , so why is it together? It should be all separate to give me percentages. I hope that this part will improve to be more accurate

I like the app and the way the tree is set up. I like how you can see the map where you're from. However, I do not like that everything you have to pay for and it's way too expensive.

Awful! Corrupted my family tree! Would not let me delete the tree. Would not let me delete my account. It's the worst family tree app I have ever used. I thought 'find my past' was bad, but this is ten times worse!

As far as the pedigree is concerned, you can edit it very well. Some criticism is, if you enter a peraon you can't delete it. This is the point deduction, please include that you can delete it, because mistakes happen, e.g. A person written in twice and now you can't delete the error completely, but you can only edit people, but still the person is still there. Please correct

Really disappointed in the newest update to be completely honest! Previously free features are no longer free. I can't even look at shared matches or "public" trees anymore. What's the point of a public tree if only paid subscribers can see it? I pay on and off when we can afford it but it's really expensive (imo). Especially if you want ALL the features (which is helpful for me because all my relatives are from Europe). If previously free features are restored I may give this a 4 or 5 stars

Horrible app. Very difficult to navigate so have to locate a working computer. STOP CHANGING UR FORMAT. UR MAKING IT WORSE!

Charges for basic information. They want you to pay for membership fees just to see who your shared matches are. That's such a basic function and they want to charge for it. It's insulting, and whoever made that decision needs to be fired. You should be creating premium features and charging for them. Give people something unique and worth paying for. But when you charge for basic features it seems desperate.

Lately this app has been doing weird things . Very often it appears to lose all the images. Uninstalling and reinstalling fixes it for a short time but then it happens again. Frustrating. Attempting to contact support is equally frustrating.
