Continued App problems
I continue to have problems with your APP. This is easier for me to use. I used the APP for about 15 years without issues. I am so disappointed as this is my favorite past time.

Needs a good fix update .. please!
The ‘Facts' section doesn't have any information except the persons name…. When I click on ‘Hints', which shows I have some, it says I don't have any. I keep changing information the app changed in the details, it doesn't save! Used to be a really good app, but you try to add too much information that isn't relevant to our searches … please take all the other 3rd party excess information and add it to the website.

Problems always happen over weekends
View Profile, the Data section is not showing all of the data. Random app shutdowns. Place names in some data are wrong e.g. Preston, Lancashire is shown as Preston, Lancashire, United Kingdom. So is Preston in Northern Ireland, Wales, England or Scotland? Hint, it should be Preston, Lancashire, England.

Searching records unavailable
Very good app for family history, but I can't search records. I tried that on every person in my tree, everytime I tap on search records, there's a message popping up on the screen saying: Search Unavailable, Sorry, search isn't working at the moment. Please try again later. And this is ongoing since 3-2 days and it starts to get annoying. Please tell me what to do.

The most recent bug fix seems to have changed the Facts tab
Sine the most recent update the Facts tab on my Mobile app is blank for everyone Is this a known problem? Using OS 17.6.1 on Apple 13. Has been done up to a few days ago.

Y’all gotta do better
Folks be really trying to do they genealogy and free trial doesn't let you do anything people can't afford what y'all are charging for the app y'all should find a way to help the customers beat the cost because y'all make a whole lotta money on your website especially on the DNA test that can't trace you back to anywhere but can only match with existing DNA samples
