The endless sign-in issues are infuriating and the express exit never works. I've had the app for 3 years and it's been terrible for 3 years. Nobody at these car places ever reads reviews but their tech is atrocious.

When it works its great, otherwise it never works. Constant errors and lag and the service doenst work at many airporta requiring you to wait in line anyways.
