No one knows at the bank or phone how the app works

Unable to log in
Been using the app for years. Today when I attempt to login I am asked to enter last 6 of account number and my social security number and then enter a new password. This process continues in a loop and I am unable to login. I attempted these fixes: No updates available Closed apps Restarted phone No luck

Doesn’t show pending payments
I like this app but if I set up a payment for the future, it doesn't show and a couple of times I paid the card balance twice. If you can show pending charges you should be able to do the same for payments. Please add this to the app.

I can NEVER get into my account. I have changed my password so many times, and I still can get into my account. I went back to paper billing because it. You're on line sucks big time.

I like the app very much, but I am confused why sometimes an automatic pay bill gets paid twice, or even 3 times. Could be me, but my credit score is excellent!

Instead of giving you a customer service number they just redirect you to an AI.
