Very unreliable. Frequently disallows access. Does not offer help of any type.

Takes long to update any change. I moved funds from my checking to my credit card and it takes forever to show the change. My credit union which is a way smaller company provides the update right away. Get with the program BoA. Also, my other credit cards have raised my credit limit more times in 6 months than BoA has in 6 years. I bank with BoA less and less, eventually won't at all. Also my credit union pays my direct deposit faster, not sure why but they do. Start looking for better banks yal

I've never had so much trouble with a banking app. Nearly every time I attempt a deposit something goes wrong. It leaves me frustrated so I rarely use it. I'd rather wait in a long line of cars in a drive thru than suffer the frustration with this app

This app is very messy, confusing, and to be honest I am almost departing from Bank of America. Everything is managed by AI and it is irrespective given the fact that they always charge for having an account contrary to Capital One for example. I find this app to have plenty of options but the structure is terrible, everything but clean or straightforward. They have to work hard on improving their web banking and their Banking Mobile App. Redesigning the user interface is prioritary.

It's been awhile since I've submitted check deposit via app, Recently trying to do it,but the app pop up a message that imagen cannot be seen or need more light and dark back ground... It's stressful to deal with the issue
