This app does not load up. Do not waste your time. Also, their website is no better. It is archaic and has never been updated. The UI looks like something from the 90s.

I use the app every day. I wish the search was better at the account level. I can't search for transactions the same way I am able to from my laptop/web app interface.

Horrible experience with functionality and customer service. Deprecated experience across app/ desktop, limited functionality after closing checking account. Numerous glitches and technical errors on a constant basis

I have been with this bank since 2009 and I am appalled at the HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE BOTH ON THE PHONE AND ONLINE. I recently had to pull over from driving home from work to go physically into one of your banks because your call is always told we are experiencing extremely high call volume it does not matter if you call at 7am or at 8am or 7pm etc the message is always the same and no one ever comes to the phone. Muchless gives you a courtesy call back or told how many calls are before you.
