App crashes in the middle of workouts lately; after a workout I'm no longer getting the option to share to a group. I reinstalled the app and now every time I open it, it asks me about my profile and allowing notifications. Annoying.

Beware - worst customer service out there
Stuck with an annual auto subscribe that I can't use due to medical reasons. I saw it go through and asked to cancel within 24 hours. They said they emailed about it a month prior, but I looked at that email and legally I don't see how it could possible hold up as a reasonable renewal notification. Will never resubscribe, which is a shame because some of the instructors are great.

Love the workout videos but really disappointed that my bod groups & partner info isn't showing up in the app. I can't even request a group now. I've sent in email for support but haven't heard anything. Very disappointing :(

I love workouts. Don't like that the app no longer casts to my TV. It will only cast audio no video. This service isn't cheap. I should be able to cast.

It used to work great. Since Sept 24, pics won't load, workouts don't show up, really disappointing. Orders take 2 weeks to arrive. Booooo

Be careful with membership
I cancelled the membership renewal 6 months into my year membership and they still renewed it. I had to file a report with the company to dispute it and they ultimately said they won't reverse the charges. They claimed to send an email regarding the renewal charges but they did not. I checked junk, trash, and inbox. It's not there.

Great but.
App is awesome, the only thing is that the badges doesnt take your old programs into account and you don,t get the badge.
