Bad UI. It is impossible to use the scooters because simply the button to start the trip does not even work: when loading to read the QR code of the scooter, nothing happens. A pity, since it is apparently the only scooter service that can still travel to the northern part of Lisbon without restrictions.

worst app/scooter experience I've ever had. Going less than one total mile, (one way) cost me about 4× (four times) more with this bird app, then it does with any other scooter app. The scooter itself is significantly slower in comparison to others. Lastly, the restricted area is larger with this app, in comparison to its competitors. I walked 90% of my scooter "ride" Due to a larger restriction area. I will NEVER use this app/scooter again. Uber is cheaper. I give this app "the bird"

Bird wouldn't work. Paid the money, unlocked the making and it wouldn't drive on mine or a buddies. Have used similar type rides before with others and never had issues.

My ride to work has almost quadrupled in price, and I'm constantly being slowed down in the middle of busy roads because it thinks I'm on the sidewalk.

Absolutely horrible, I feel stupid believing that I could actually trust this app. Earlier today I was doing a group ride with a friend and when we finished, the scooter refused to closed. After a few attempts I finally managed to close the scooters and when I got the charges they ended up taking 100$ in total by putting two separate charges. It was a GROUP RIDE. I reported this immediately and I get an email from them saying that they won't be able to process my refund. I'm never using this app
