Unfortunately I have to update my rating because the customer service has become inadequate. I've been writing for weeks to ask for support for a problem on my account and I don't receive an answer. Either they are unable to work with support requests or they do not want to. I thought there was no worse than Dott but obviously I have to change my mind.

worst e scooter app ever
- they wanted a prepaid payment even though pay pal payment is actually possible - first scooter did not start - second scooter did start but did not move even though it had power (and cost money) - third scooter eventually got slower so I had to drive to the next station with only 5 km/h wont be using this app ever again

I tried to use the scooter in Austin and it didn't work. I want a credit for the last ride. I'm about to try again

Very disappointed in Bird. While passing through Gap, I wanted to try to get around with their scooter and my two attempts failed, the scooter did not unlock properly. I just lost 10 euros.

Price
Accidentally charged two scooters when I was signing up to ride one and left it and somebody else hopped on it and charged my account. I rode one hours before hopefully they get it fixed and lower the prices to me and that's crazy. Went two blocks got charged over two dollars.

Fatal, the application is terrible, payments do not work, it is not intuitive and to top it off, when you pay it does not let you redeem the voucher you have paid. As a first experience I do not recommend it. 0/0
